About Lars Nissen
Lars Nissen got his initial sound education in legendary “Werner Studios” from 1987 to 1992, assisting artists and producers like Dodo and the Dodos, Ray-Dee-Ohh, News, Rick Astley, Roger Glover (Deep Purple), Keith Olsen (Santana, Fleetwood Mac, Whitesnake and others), Greg Walsh, Gary Stevenson and many others.
Lars has since gained experience from working with all kinds of analog and digital sound equipment in “state-of-the-art” studios, among them Easy Sound, Sony Mobile, PUK studios, Medley studio, Sweet Silence, Moremax, Polar studio, Red Bull Studio, Studio Polygone, La Source, Audiotruck and the studios and sound trucks at the Danish Broadcasting Corporation.
Along with studio music productions, Lars is highly experienced in TV and radio productions - recordings as well as live broadcast events. The “Eurovision Song Contest 2014” in Copenhagen, where Lars participated as music mixer in close cooperation with music sound director Peter Juhl, was live broadcasted to 195 million viewers.
You can book Lars Nissen to all kinds of sound assignments. Lars has got his own mix facility in Copenhagen, but he will feel comfortable in pretty much any sound studio or production site in the world.
